180-200 ml water + 2 tbp. olive oil
1 tsp. fresh thyme + 2 pinches of salt
1 tbp. vegan parmesan cheese
Guacamole – 1 large avocado + 1 garlic clove + 1 pinch of cayenne pepper + 1/2 lemon juice
1/2 red onion + 1 tsp. coconut oil
2 large sliced pickles
7-10 cherry tomatoes
1/2 sweet green pepper
1 handful of arugula + chive
Prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix teff flour + baking powder + chia seed powder + fresh thyme. Then, pour water + olive oil, and make it a ball.
